Welcome to 91win. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and 91win ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://91win.cam.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing any game, or otherwise using any service offered by 91win, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 91win platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain a 91win Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on 91win.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is unlawful.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an existing active Account on the 91win Platform. Only one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device is permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 91win, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and at all times thereafter.

To create a 91win Account, you must complete the registration process by providing truthful and accurate information as requested on the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.

91win reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds at any time. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: a valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, utility bill issued within the past three months, and bank statements. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 91win may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

You must notify 91win immediately if you believe your Account credentials have been compromised. 91win will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login details.

91win accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are available exclusively to Gold Reserve VIP tier members.

All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to another person will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion. Deposits are generally credited to your Account wallet within seconds for e-wallet and FPX/DuitNow transfers. 91win does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 (standard)
• Maximum deposit: Subject to account tier and payment method limits
• Processing time: Instant for e-wallets and DuitNow; up to 5 minutes for FPX
• Currency: All balances displayed and processed in MYR

Members may submit withdrawal requests for funds held in their 91win Account wallet, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Member's own name, matching the identity verified during KYC.

91win processes withdrawal requests according to the following typical timeframes:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: Within 5 minutes (Instant tier)
• DuitNow / FPX: 5 to 15 minutes (Fast tier)
• Direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): 15 to 60 minutes (Standard tier)

The above timeframes are estimates. Actual processing times may vary during peak hours, public holidays, or due to banking system maintenance. 91win will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until: (a) the Member has satisfactorily completed KYC verification; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus funds have been fulfilled; and (c) there is no outstanding compliance review on the Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30.

91win offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, which are published at the time of the offer, as well as the following general bonus terms.

• Each bonus offer will specify an applicable wagering requirement (turnover requirement) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unfulfilled bonuses will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 100%; slots contribute 100%; sports bets contribute 100% at odds of 1.5 or greater. Specific exclusions apply per promotion.
• A Member may only hold one active welcome bonus at any time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• 91win reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of duplicate accounts or coordinated wagering with other Members to exploit bonus terms, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to Account suspension.

All bets and wagers placed on 91win are subject to the specific rules of each game or sporting event, as published on the Platform. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with all applicable game rules before wagering.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted subject to the stated odds at the time of placement. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member.
• In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, 91win's event-specific settlement rules will apply. Bets on postponed matches that are not replayed within 36 hours of the original scheduled kick-off will typically be voided.
• 91win reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds caused by a technical error or data feed failure.
• In-play betting odds are subject to change at any time. A bet is only confirmed once the Platform acknowledges acceptance.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event, as displayed on the relevant betting market.

For casino games and slots, the RNG (Random Number Generator) systems used are independently tested and certified. Game outcomes are determined by the relevant software provider and cannot be manipulated by 91win or the Member.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 91win Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account (whether personally or through another individual).
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, coordinated betting across multiple accounts, or exploiting software errors to gain unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financially motivated criminal activity through the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other unauthorised software to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in collusion with other players.
• Facilitating or encouraging any of the above activities by another person.

91win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A Member is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the Member.
• Third-party requests from guardians or family members under our Responsible Gambling procedures.
• Regulatory or legal requirements mandating Account closure.

Upon closure for cause (i.e., breach of Terms or prohibited activity), 91win reserves the right to retain all funds in the Account, including deposited amounts and winnings, to offset any losses or liabilities arising from the Member's conduct. In cases of voluntary closure by the Member in good standing, remaining real-money balances will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable period.

• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary suspension of 24 hours to 6 weeks, available on request.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, commercial exploitation, or modification of Platform content without the prior written consent of 91win is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 91win, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults, system outages, or connectivity issues outside 91win's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms.
• Losses resulting from reliance on inaccurate information or odds displayed due to a data feed error that is corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Any consequential loss arising from your gambling activities on the Platform.

91win's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 91win holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication between the Member and 91win's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement or game outcomes, Members must submit a formal complaint to 91win's support team via the contact information provided in Section 16. 91win will endeavour to resolve all legitimate complaints within 14 business days of receipt. Decisions made by 91win's compliance team following investigation shall be considered final unless subject to arbitration proceedings as described above.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any statutory rights that may be available to Members under the laws of their country of residence, to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded by contract.

91win reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where practicable, by notifying registered Members via their account email address on record.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
